Phil arrived on time, assessed the situation and did the repair (replacement) in about 1.5 hours. The replacement parts were of high quality and the repair was much more professional than the original installation (by the builder). He also placed a shutoff valve in the basement and put in a new faucet in case future repairs are needed.
We have used Phil since moving to the area three years ago. He has performed various repairs and maintenance on our heating and cooling systems and replaced our AC unit last year. He is a pleasure to work with – knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, and an all around nice guy. His prices are fair and we will continue to use him in the future. It was a job well done. The shower faucet is still not 100% correct, but it works. I paid for all the materials and the plumber was here for 3 hours. I was charged $610, so I think I paid $200 an hour in wages, that’s what I think.
I wanted to replace my sink faucet and install water in my refrigerator. The faucet in the shower was also installed. I bought all the supplies at Home Depot.

The installation and repair of the items used materials that I had to supply, so the statement that you supplied everything is incorrect. I did other things that day than you wrote down here. Prices are not determined based on working hours, it is determined individually for each job. The cost of T&M is not fair to the homeowner because the mechanic can drag the job out for hours in the truck, at the delivery depot, etc. Many factors go into pricing, including office costs, trucking, health and business insurance, tools and equipment, certifications, licenses. , advertising, education. Flawless – on site within two hours of service call. The old block was tested, isolated the problem and gave us a few options. Called to book a replacement unit, got it; and returned a few hours later. The team carefully carpeted and covered the entrance, the installation was quick and efficient and everything was left clean and spotless. The unit worked great; and the older unit is more efficient. Will definitely use them again for service and recommend them.
Amazingly good – Faretti did a great job of keeping us on hand by creating the design; and in the 1760s to propose cost-effective ways to achieve the period-appropriate results we desired. The subcontractors they used were true artists – you can barely see the seams in the custom moldings and flooring. Everything came on budget, on time (despite delays in material delivery); and it will look exactly as we expected. Recommended – good, honest people you can trust.

This problem is very inclusive and involves many different repair categories and skill sets to solve successfully. If it wasn’t for the excellent work done by Phil and his partner, this problem could have been much worse. Phil and his partner were quick, efficient, effective and professional throughout the process. My wife and I were very pleased with how this problem was resolved and the service provided by Phil and his partner. Problem: Liquid is leaking from the waste tank in the bathroom in the finished basement. What was needed to solve the problem: Dismantle the raised floor. The toilet has been removed. The old storage tank has been removed and disposed of. A new storage tank was purchased and installed. Repaint the bathroom wall. Installation of linoleum flooring. Install new pipes for the protection tank.

When digging to start a new line, it was found that the previous line was not included in the code. Phil was there to set it at the right depth. He didn’t ask for more money for that.
