Many young people ask early on what they want to do after high school. Most of them go to a public college or university. Some take time, and others are still undecided. If you or someone you know wants to learn the path to hope… read this article
Your employee Justin came and fixed the problem within minutes. We had two other companies come and not solve the problem. Justin is a very nice young man who does a good job and seems very pleasant.

I would like to thank Jeremy D for his constant help on many occasions and always solving problems. I know the problem is getting the attention it needs. I have the utmost respect for refrigeration service technicians everywhere for their dedication to food safety.
Scott was a pleasure to work with and very patient when we were running around our buildings. In the past, we’ve done preventative maintenance, but I’d say it’s more like twice a year. We do not have an actual service person on site, but one of our drivers maintains the filters on the indoor units every month.
Our previous heating and air conditioning technicians were unreliable, so we came to you. Thank you so much for your prompt attention and the speed with which you went through this process, it was refreshing.

What an excellent service team you have assembled for the central food service department. Our school district was a customer a few years ago and we decided to try SCR for a compressor that was having problems. From initial contact with Rebecca Dombrowski to our interaction with Craig’s service tech, communication was thorough and prompt, follow-up was quick and clear, we were scheduled quickly, explanations and options were clear and thorough, and the site and staff treated us well. with respect
They and you are to be commended for providing such a great customer experience. We will definitely continue our relationship with this service department and recommend it to colleagues.
Mitch arrives at Ridgeview Place to do a routine job. But we were impatiently waiting for him to come to fix our broken ice/water machine. It was over 100 degrees three days that week and we were desperate to get our car fixed. When Mitch arrived that day (a day earlier than we expected!), he was so happy. He asked where he parked – it was great! We are a supportive community and repair vehicles are often in our rotation. Mitch was in a regular location and made several trips in very hot weather to make sure our tenants were not inconvenienced coming and going. It was uncomfortable for him! He communicated effectively and worked diligently to fix our machine before our next meal. Mitch touched the bases before we left to make sure all our needs were met. I didn’t know Mitch until that day, but I will never forget him. He was thoughtful, patient, polite, caring and did his work efficiently. I highly recommend Mitch for anything you do, but especially for your senior communities. If only all our vendors were as respectful and courteous as Mitch!

We are very pleased and impressed with our recent maintenance performed by SCR. The technician “breaks his plane” and did an amazing job.
We had a problem with HP #17 in DBL yesterday. Amy did a great job planning the technology to fix the problem. At approximately 10 p.m., Lee Guggenberger arrived on the scene. We show him the unit. They fixed the leak in the freon line. The point I’m trying to make is that he did an excellent job and was very quick. They left the room as clean as it was when they arrived. I was so impressed with Amy and Lee’s help yesterday! Creating fresh, clean air and reducing the risks of COVID-19 Changes in indoor ventilation – everything from opening windows to expensive upgrades to HVAC systems – can help reduce the risk of the spread of the coronavirus. Across America, buildings are reopening — offices, schools, movie theaters, stores, restaurants — amid growing evidence that the coronavirus can spread through the air in closed spaces.
This means that many business owners and facility managers Dennis Knight, Charleston, S.C. They call people like the founder of Whole Buildings Systems and ask what they can do to make sure

But there are ways to reduce the risk. Knight is on the Epidemiology Task Force of ASHRAE, an organization of heating, ventilation and air conditioning professionals, that has issued guidelines for building managers on exactly how to do this.
But Knight warns building operators to be wary of anyone with an air purifier or super-strong filter that absolutely guarantees it won’t stop the virus.
“It makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and I really think… I’m going to be approached by a snake oil salesman,” he says. “Indeed, you should

“Everything” means covering the basics—making sure the building’s HVAC system is up to code and properly maintained. This means buying efficient air filters (but not
Effective for your system; Many HVAC systems cannot handle the most efficient filters). This means that more fresh outside air is drawn into the system. This means the system works more hours a day, including washing the tires before people are inside. This means portable devices with HEPA filters or UV lamps to purify the air.
And that means opening windows and doors – or if a room with really poor ventilation, maybe not using that room at all.

There are many things to consider. And as the science about COVID-19 evolves, the right steps are not always clear. Now, some building managers are scared or worried about the scale of the difficulties.
Kathleen Owen, Cary, N.C. As an air filtration consultant, he works with ASHRAE.
Owen compared it to face masks. The N95 is the best, but not for everyone. A cloth mask is less effective, but better than nothing.

Similarly, if the building’s HVAC system cannot handle a highly efficient filter such as HEPA or MERV 13, install the system with a better filter.
Team And don’t forget all the other ways to reduce the risk, like running the system longer or getting fresh air.
Washington, D.C. Raj Setty, an engineer at , advises schools and businesses on safe reopening. He says he really wishes more organizations would think creatively about ventilation. Like, can schools set up tents on their fields? Can they rearrange schedules and hold classes for winter break?
